Transferring your records to Woodstock Apothecary couldn’t be easier!  We’ll do all the work!  In the next upcoming weeks we’ll post how you can get a jump start on transferring your records over by emailing or calling to make a request.

How Transferring Works

Transferring prescriptions between pharmacies is easy! Basically, we call the pharmacy the prescription was originally filled at, whether it is local or far away – even other pharmacy chains or stores. Prescriptions can move between stores and states with just a phone call!

Once we know you want to transfer, we’ll create a patient record for you if you don’t have one already. Then, we’ll contact your pharmacy and if there are refills on your prescriptions, we’ll have it transferred to Woodstock Apothecary.

Since we go above and beyond, we then let your doctor know you have transferred and are now a patient of our drug store, Woodstock Apothecary. Most doctors will then send us enough refills until your next appointment! It couldn’t be easier for you!
